INGREDIENTS

  • 6 pork chops, boneless
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, and place in the slow cooker.
  2. Mix garlic, honey, chicken broth, and rice wine vinegar in a small bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture over the pork chops, and cover.
  4. Cook on low heat for 4-5 hours, or until fork tender. Remove pork chops, place on a plate and keep warm.
  5. In a small bowl, stir cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of the cooking liquid until well blended; stir into sauce in slow cooker.
  6. Cook on low 3-5 minutes or until thickened.
  7. Serve pork chops with the sauce poured on top.
