This was soooo good, I will definitely be adding it to my arsenal of fave recipes. I grilled it on my stove top grill as it was too cold to grill outside. You will need to marinate the chops for a minimal 3 hours in the fridge, overnight would be better.
Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 10 minutes Additional time: 3 hrs minimal
INGREDIENTS
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
6 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons dried rosemary, crushed (I added a little fresh rosemary as well)
4 boneless pork chops
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Whisk together the soy sauce, water, brown sugar, and rosemary in a bowl, and pour 1/2 of the marinade into a resealable plastic bag. Add the pork chops, coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Set the remaining marinade aside.
Step 2
Preheat an outdoor grill (or stovetop grill to medium heat, lightly oil the grate. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and shake off excess. Discard the remaining marinade.
Step 3
Place pork chops on the grill and cook until the pork is no longer pink in the center, brushing occasionally with the reserved marinade, 4 to 5 minutes on each side. An instant read thermometer inserted in the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Please do not overcook the chops, they will be tough if you do.
Serve with sides of your choice
Bon Appetit!!!

Hi would you mind sharing which blog platform you’re using? I’m looking to start my own blog in the near future but I’m having a hard time selecting between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your layout seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something unique. P.S Sorry for being off-topic but I had to ask!
