This is an unusual recipe due to the fact that there are no measurements of the ingredients. You will prepare this dish related to the taste of your family. It may be prepared with the whole chicken, cut into 8 pieces or breasts, thighs, legs, and wings. Bone in or bone out is your preference, however please use skinless chicken., it produces a golden hue.

To achieve optimal flavor, prepare chicken and refrigerate overnight.

INGREDIENTS ( season to taste)

Chicken

Seasoned salt

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Ground black pepper

Parsley flakes

Yellow mustard

Hot sauce

Canola oil

DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl or container coat chicken with yellow mustard,( I used my hands to mix)

Add hot sauce and mix thoroughly

Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours

Fry in Canola oil until browned, rest five minutes prior to serving.
