INGREDIENTS

For the Salmon Bites:

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

For the Garlic Cream Sauce:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces, ensuring they are uniform for even cooking.
  2. In a bowl, toss the salmon bites with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon zest until well-coated.
  3. In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the salmon bites to the skillet ad sear on all sides until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the salon from the skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  7. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  8. Pour in the heavy cream and broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  9. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
  10. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  11. Return the salmon to the skillet.
  12. Toss gently to coat the salmon bites with the sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
