INGREDIENTS
For the Salmon Bites:
- 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
For the Garlic Cream Sauce:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces, ensuring they are uniform for even cooking.
- In a bowl, toss the salmon bites with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon zest until well-coated.
- In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the salmon bites to the skillet ad sear on all sides until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove the salon from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- Return the salmon to the skillet.
- Toss gently to coat the salmon bites with the sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
