This easy-to-prepare dish is flavorful and takes very little time to make. You will want to add it to your arsenal of recipes and make it again!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon rubbed dried sage leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 center cut pork chops

DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Mix paprika, cumin, black pepper, cayenne pepper, sage, and garlic salt on a plate. Generously coat each pork chop with the spice mixture.

Step 2

Heat olive oil and several pumps of butter-flavored spray in a large skillet over high heat. (I just added some butter). Place pork chops in the skillet, reducing heat to medium. Cook until the pork is no longer pink in the center, 8 to 10 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted in the center should read 145 degrees F.

note: do not overcook the chops they will be like rubber if you do so.

Serve with desired sides
