The sauce made for the baked chops allow them to come out golden and sticky full of savory and sweet flavor.

INGREDIENTS
Rub
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp. ketchop
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Chops
- 4 pork chops
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 430 F
- Mix the rub ingredients together in a small bowl
- Salt and pepper chops on both sides
- Slather the rub on both sides of the chops, place chops on a tray or baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove tray from oven, flick to broil.
- Flip chops and spoon reserved sauce on both sides. Broil 7-10 minutes until well carmalized.
- Remove from oven. Using a brush dab the juices from the tray onto the chops. Place the tray back into the oven for a couple of minutes.
- Serve, topping chops with juices from the tray, garnish with parsley (optional)
