The sauce made for the baked chops allow them to come out golden and sticky full of savory and sweet flavor.

INGREDIENTS

Rub

  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. ketchop
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar

Chops

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 430 F
  2. Mix the rub ingredients together in a small bowl
  3. Salt and pepper chops on both sides
  4. Slather the rub on both sides of the chops, place chops on a tray or baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove tray from oven, flick to broil.
  6. Flip chops and spoon reserved sauce on both sides. Broil 7-10 minutes until well carmalized.
  7. Remove from oven. Using a brush dab the juices from the tray onto the chops. Place the tray back into the oven for a couple of minutes.
  8. Serve, topping chops with juices from the tray, garnish with parsley (optional)
