This is a delicious version of corn on the cob. Easy to make and ready in thirty minutes

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 20 minutes Total time: 30 minutes Servings: 5

Ingredients

5 ears of corn, husks and silk removed

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 teasppon ground black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Cut 5 squares of aluminum foil 1 1/2 times the size of the ears of corn
  3. Stir mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, chili powder, ground black pepper, and fresh parsley together in a bowl until it forms a paste. Rub 2 tablespoons of the paste over each ear of corn. Wrap the foil around the corn and seal. Arrange on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake 10 minutes, turn, and continue baking another 10 minutes.
