This is an easy tasty recipe!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 large potatoes, cubed
  • 1/4 cup butter divided
  • 1 pound Kielbasa polish sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 1 large head of cabbage, coarsely chopped
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl until partially tender, about 8 minutes
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a Dutch oven or large cast iron skillet over medium heat, cook and stir sausage and onions until browned. Transfer sausage and onions to a bowl.
  3. Heat the remaining butter in the Dutch oven; cook and stir the cabbage until tender.
  4. Combine tomatoes, sugar, and paprika in a bowl; pour it over the cabbage and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add the potatoes and sausage-onion mixture. Cover the Dutch oven and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 40 minutes.
